Paws & Claws Staff are real heroes! They have all of the experience of the larger vet clinics but none of the assembly line attitude. They care. And a plus, their prices are very reasonable. I feel comfortable handing my dog over for a procedure. They do have office cats, so if your dog is uncomfortable around new animals and humans like mine, keep that in mind. They also don't have a lot of parking. 2 normal spaces and 1 handicap. But there is usually a place to pull over nearby.

We were from out of town, and had a Veterinary emergency. The staff was very nice and caring.

They could not have been more loving, compassionate and empathetic. I love these guys n gals. I miss my Roxanne, but she was in the best hands.

I wish I could give more than five stars! Our nine-year-old dog accidentally got pregnant. When it was time for her to have the puppies she had one in the morning, and then hours later still hadn’t had more. I contacted several vets in town and nobody would see us! Many suggesting that we drive her all the way to Pasco to see the emergency vet hospital there! I contacted Paws and Claws, they were able to get us in within an hour, did an emergency C-section, and stayed until 8 PM with our girl and her pups. They were wonderful about giving us a financial quote prior and going over all the risks and benefits. We are so grateful for Dr. Bais and her staff. We are definitely switching our care to them. I highly recommend Paws and Claws for all your veterinary needs!

I had taken my little dog to two other vets and no one helped her when she was in a dire condition. Thank you Shawna for getting her thru that crisis and taking immediate action, you really do care about the animals you treat. Misty is back to tail wagging and playing :-)

I have taken my cats, Thunder and Lightning, for pedicures twice. They are very good and take great care with my one cat, which goes ballistic at the vet and for pedicures. I highly recommend this very caring group of dedicated caregivers.

Right from the walk in the doors everyone seemed friendly! They handled my pup with ease. They carefully cut his nails & gave him his 2nd dose of puppy vaccines. We will be a customer with them. So glad the busy, fully booked downtown vet suggested them! We'll be bringing Charlie there for as long as we can. ❤

Paws and Claws is hands down the best veterinary clinic in town! I bring all three of my pets here (2 cats and 1 dog), and every visit has been a great experience. The staff and veterinarian are incredibly friendly, professional, and informative. I especially love how they always greet us by name as soon as we walk through the door. It’s those thoughtful, personal touches that make this place feel like home. Highly recommend!

This is a small town home vet feeling! I absolutely loved it here and did not feel like they were just trying to charge me a ton of money. They are very welcoming and there was zero judgement. Thank you paws and claws for being in the valley

My dog had not been feeling well for over a week and after a visit to a different vet I thought she would be improving. Unfortunately I saw her health declining, it was 1 in the morning and I felt helpless. I decided to call around and see if anyone could see my dog urgently. I’m greatfull Paws and Claws answered my call that night. They listen to my concerns and tried helping the best the could. They were not able to see her that night but I was surprised that from all the offices I had called, they were the only ones that checked up on me and my dog. I told them I had no luck being seen. Although they had a busy schedule they were able to get me and my dog in that morning. Unfortunately my dogs prognosis was too advanced and there was not much we could do😢 I made the hard decision that morning to let my dog rest peacefully. Thank you paws and claw for being so understanding and compassionate through it all❤️ I will dearly miss my Baby! I will definitely recommend to everyone and I will continue to take my pets here for care.
